Does anyone have a dual Sim Galaxy?

About to buy a new handset and would really like to have work and home sims in the same phone. The Galaxy 24 seems to have a dual sim tray, but how do calls work? Do you have to swap between them or can both be on standby for calls at the same time? I appreciate that if you're taking a call on one you won't be able to take a call on the other as well obviously, but it's more about whether both are on standby for calls at the same time.

I have dual sim. If you're talking on sim 1, someone rings on sim 2, you pause or end the call 1 to take call 2. Just like 'call waiting' on any phone. It's way better than carrying 2 phones around. You can set the sims on the phone to which messages/calls/data u want from which sim. I feel like I'm rambling!! Sorry!! 😂😂😂

Yes they can be both active at the same time. U don't have to turn one off to activate the other.

@Tulip8 You can add an extra Whatsapp account on your phone now, although annoyingly I think you have to switch between them. But it's a small price to pay for not constantly forgetting one of my phones...

You can create a copy of whatsapp for the second sim, using a function in the phone's settings called Dual Messenger. It allows you to add additional accounts for various social media channels.
