We're just home from London & it's been so useful to help us get all over the place! So, thank you 😊

Bumping so everyone knows about it! It's a really useful app & does more than London 🗺

For anyone who asks about London I think the first answer should always be citymapper!

I'd never heard of it until I read someone else's post about travelling around London a couple of weeks ago.

I told someone about it while we were there too - he'd got on the wrong train with his dc.

Just to let you know Citymapper works abroad too. I've used it in Barcelona and Hong Kong. It's amazing.

And closer to home the South west & wales; Birmingham &Nottingham and The northwest & Yorkshire

It's a great app

We havn't tried anywhere else yet but will be using it where we can in future.

Actually, I do have a question about it because I can't see it on the app - can you set favourite places?

So say we want to go back to the V&A for the Naomi exhibition, can I set the V&A as a destination in it?

Oh, and what's the "Go" thing? It doesn't click on mine 🤷‍♀️

Yes people suggested it on a thread I started about London and it is amazing. DS was determined to beat the marathon runner (sorry I forget his name) everywhere so it cut down on the whinging about walking places.

Go is if you plan a journey between two locations, then select a route, when you press 'Go' it should give you step by step instructions in real time and eg tell you when to get off the bus etc.

You can set "home" "work" and "places"

The "get me home" button is quite useful. Shows you the routes home, now, from wherever you are
