Had to ring medical secretary at hospital about wrong information in letter and making an appointment so they had right information.
Her whole manner was so blunt and unwelcoming and unhelpful. When I said she's coming across at quite blunt she said 'im sorry you feel that way.' so you're not sorry. I gave up.
I'm probably stupid to let it get to me but came off crying. If I was like that on phone calls at work I'd get feedback.
