Hey guys looking for some input if possible
It might be a stupid question but going mad thinking about it ..
I got told yesterday I'm close to the top of the housing list for my area and I could be offered a property after the bidding closes on the 28th August. But thing is I'm going to a funeral in England on the 7th of September and won't be returning until the 17th but I'm terrified I will receive the offer letter whilst I'm away and there won't be anyone there to accept it and send it back to them, I know I could tell them closer to knowing whether I got the property for definite or not but I'm afraid they'll Give to someone else if I don't send back acceptance forms in time?
Anyone been in this situation before? Help or advise? Please no silly or rude remarks I'm just seeking advice
