A day in Belfast?

I've got a day to myself in Belfast coming up. Never been before. Has anyone got any recommendations?

Pregnant so nothing booze related unfortunately 😂

I've heard of the Crumlin Road Gaol so might do a tour there...

I went to the crumlin road jail and titanic museum all in the one day last month. Both were brill. Only about 20 mins apart.

Definitely the jail over titanic if you have to pick one or the other. Sensatorium cocktail tasting is amazing too (can do non alcoholic)
Or you can do a black cab tour of shankill/ falls road and see the wall and learn about the history.

Went a few weeks ago for 2 days with friends and had a wonderful time

We really enjoyed the Titanic museum

St. George's Market (food & crafts) is nice for a wander around.

The hop on hop off bus tour is very good for getting an overview. I'd agree that Crumlin Road Jail is really interesting, and the Ulster Museum, right beside the Botanic Gardens for a stroll on a nice day.

It depends on where your interests lie, but we thought the bus tour was well worth the money, and would do it again. The Titanic museum is so much more than the history of the ship, more of an insight into the Belfast people that built it than the tragic fate of the vessel.
We haven't done the gaol yet, but the Ulster Museum is great and would also go there again.
The city itself has a lot in the way of interesting buildings and artwork painted around the City.
The views from the top of the Victoria Square shopping centre is fab, and St George's market is well worth a visit too.

There is a free guided tour of the city hall. You just reserve your place at reception on the day. It is really good and takes you to non public areas.

Thank you! I can make an itinerary out of this for sure 😃
