I've got a lump inside my scar if that makes sense, so internally. It's on the right side and hurts if I press it. You can't see it but can definitely feel it. The whole scar inside is like a ridge of scar tissues I'm guessing but when you feel along the ridge you can feel this lump on the right.
I'm constipated and have been since my last pregnancy (6 months the postpartum)
I've just managed to go and now the lump hurts, I'm guessing from straining.
What could this be ?
Im not seeing the gp until next week.
That side of my scar also hurts when im on my period and the whole area is still numb there.

I was supposed to say I've had two sections in 16 months and the surgeon said my bladder was stuck to my womb and told me not to get pregnant again for at least another 2 years.

I had a lump after my second section, it’s still there after nearly 5 years but it’s gone down loads and doesn’t bother me, I think it was just where my old scar was a bit wonky so they tried to neaten up the second one

Hi thanks for this.
Did it hurt when you pressed around it ? Mine does and it's in the numb area (well the skin is numb?

Also forgot to mention I can feel something moving in my stomach ! It's below my belly button, actually the same area where the lump is and it totally feels like early baby movements. I am not pregnant, I have tested to be sure.
It's always in the same spot !

I’ve had 2 sections and I’ve never had a lump like this. I had one area that took longer to flatten because it got infected. And the whole area is still numb just above the scar. But I think what you’re describing needs checking out to be on the safe side in case it’s some kind of adhesion or something

Thanks for replying. Yes I'm anxious to see the gp now still got another week though. This movement is weird aswell and freaking me out abit now.

Can adhesions cause spasms?

Good you're getting this checked. I've had 2 c sections, 16 and 14 years ago and had none of what you describe. I was numb until recently though. Best of luck.

Could it possibly be a hernia?

Could you get an appointment this week?
