Pinterest - all adverts now

I've been on Pinterest for years. I have many interests and have found it to be a great resource. Got lots of varied folders about so many things, but mainly art related.
over the past year or so it seems that nearly every link in the home page is an advert - to Etsy, or Temu or various other commercial bodies. It's no fun scrolling anymore, you just get taken to a selling site. Even when I go into my folders the links are all selling. It's really spoiling the site for me. Anyone else think the same?

Yes and now barely use it unless it is to find something I knew I saved years ago like a particular paint colour.

Not just me then. I don't go on it so much now, it's too frustrating. Shame, as it was so good and useful.

100% agree..went on it the other day first time prob in a year and it was practically unusable. was trying to get some decoration inspiration and just got nothing but adverts and not even that well related ones. I think a Google image search would been more useful. I used to use it a lot for craft things. but that's all crap now as well so deleted the app.

Me too. I'm an artist and stitcher, and got loads of ideas and references from it. Plus lots of other stuff too. I've still got lots of folders that I. Alice, so,will keep it, but hardly add anything new now. So sad. So many sites that start out well and then lose the plot.
