I’ve been feeling rubbish for months and got bloods done at Gp. I was severely anaemic so they transfused me with blood and then iron. That perked me up for a few weeks but am now back to feeling dreadful.
So tomorrow I’m getting a ct scan with contrast which will look at thorax, abdomen and lower abdomen. Also will chuck another unit or two of blood/ iron in me depending on where I’ve dropped down to.
In a way it’s good as I feel like NHS is chucking all the scans at me and pretty quickly but I’m dreading being told something serious is wrong as all the the common / simple fix stuff seems to have been excluded by blood tests/ ultrasound/ endoscopy top and bottom.
