I've just made yogurt with oat milk and cows milk, and I cant believe how creamy its come out.
I've done it 3 times now, so I know its not a fluke!
Just thought i would share
(2 litres UHT milk, 1 litre oat milk, and then some live yogurt, over night in the ninja (or other make) strained through muslin, bloody lovely!!)
