The small business I work for is being sold - early stages so no idea who is buying it. I don't love the job but it's wfh, reasonable money and flexible around my family. I could do with a bit more of a challenge but it works for me right now. Many of my colleagues are quite relaxed about it but several are in the last years of their working life so would be looking to wrap up soon anyway - I'm only 38. I don't know whether I should stick around and assume that I'd keep my job with a new owner at least for a while anyway, or if now is the time to jump - maybe find a job that has a bit more challenge and progression but will likely be less flexible. I don't want to wait till I have no choice but equally if everything is likely to be fine I don't want to quit for nothing. More of a wwyd i guess
