Best Afternoon Tea in Liphook, Hampshire?

Just that really, have some time to kill before checking into a hotel next week and would appreciate any local tips.

The Old Thorns is a really nice hotel but I haven't had afternoon tea there. Park House Hotel in Midhurst does a lovely afternoon tea, but would be 20 - 25 minutes from Liphook. The Living Room cinema has a nice café bit.

Chocolate Frog Tearoom in Oakhanger is about a 10 minute drive. They have a gift shop and a little spa/nail salon as well if you book in advance.
