Was supposed to have gone out out tonight with a few friends but things have scuppered our plans so I'm feeling a tad disappointed!

I'm going to have myself a virtual MN night out instead 😂

Can we dance? I don’t go out dancing anymore- went to a wedding with a live band last Saturday and loved it!

Dancing is good. Can we have cocktails ? Mine's a strawberry daiquiri.

If we've got a time machine, Rum Runner Birmingham in 1979/1980. Duran Duran (then the unaccomplished house band) playing, lots of Roxy and Bowie and the Duran members collecting glasses and on the door, etc between sets. Everyone dressed up to the nines and shoulder to shoulder in a cosy little armpit of a club.

And being young, of course.

Kitchen disco. Yessir I Can Boogie

I’m having a very very very rare night at home alone sans kids and DH. I’m in horrid pyjamas, cooked food they don’t eat, cracked open the Rioja and was proper 80s dancing around the kitchen to Smalltown Boy. Possibly the most fun I’ve had in weeks. The only words I’ve said for ten hours is to swear at the cat when I tripped over it, and I’m about to finish the wine while watching a terrible film staring Henry Cavill.

Nights out are overrated 😉

Can we have an alternative night out in the local park, getting pissed on Bacardi breezers and hooch and smoking someone's nan's menthol b&h?

As long as you don't get me sambuca shots I'm in 😃

I'd actually like a really, really formal night out. Fanciness level: King's Coronation, but the night itself is very laid back, good music, amazing entrees, goodie bags filled with designer products, novelty booths around the place with free service eg printing instant personalised mugs of your pictures of the night, a make up artist going around touching up everyone's make up. Everyone is in a light and giddy mood. The lighting is making everyone look stunning. There is a stunning view of a sunset over a beach and everything feels perfect; good food, good company, chilled vibes but also upbeat when the DJ starts cranking out everyone of your favourite songs since 1990.

I'm wearing a tiara and nobody can believe how good I look and you can really see that stone I've lost and the daily workouts with the personal trainer have paid off. Somebody just told me that I just seem to get better with age, before whizzing off to the dance floor. Can't believe I've actually got a tan for the first time ever either. I just look so good and I'm having such a good time!
