I had my UC appointments yesterday and they set up the next appointment in 2 weeks as they always do. Today I get a notification in my UC journal that another appointment has been set in addition to the one in 2 weeks, they set it 4 days before the existing appointment. Is this normal? Usually appointments are every 2 weeks.
Also they set it on a saturday and I have to be out of town for a wedding that weekend. Is that considered an acceptable reason to reschedule the appointment for a wedding or will I just have to miss the wedding? Please help, I don't want to get sanctioned if I try to reschedule
