Weather not great. In Devon with listless teens. Any ideas for stuff to do in the area??

Can highly recommend Ilfracombe Sea Safari - a trip out on a rib to see the dolphins, or a trip to Lundy Island on a catamaran!

Oh, thank you @Wren77

Big sheep is quite fun even for teens!
Cinema in ilfracombe, bigger cinema in Barnstaple (I took my teens to see the new twister film, they really enjoyed it not as good as the first in my opinion)
Atlantic village is an outlet shopping centre, mainly undercover, with some good shops offering discounted goods (between Bideford and Barnstaple).
Arlington court is a national trust property (teen dd loves it, due to the horse carriages and sometimes they have working heavy horses)
Hartland abbey is quite cool if your teens enjoyed Mallory towers, as lots was filmed there (but older teens probably not so much)
The village of Clovelly (Birthplace of Charles Kingsley; author of the waterbabies) has a very pretty harbour, but not car friendly!
Valley of the rocks is kinda cool, it's got a strange vibe, and a slightly magical / mystical feel about it, stunning costal walk (if not lashing down down, okay to walk if mizzling), and Lynton has the cliff railway.
If it's not too wet for cycling the Tarka trail is worth a pootle.
If literature is anyone's 'thing' Lorna Doone, Tarka the otter and various books by Michael Murpurgo, have North Devon settings, you could choose locations of the books to visit!
