Getting random ads pop up which I normally ignore, but for some reason I looked at this one properly.

What's on the thumb?! It looks like claws. Or random bumps. I don't I understand.

Cured gel drops, often made to look like water droplets. Sometimes it's done well and looks great, other times like the image you shared, not so great
