Hi I live in a housing association property and I have had my new neighbour next door for two years when she moved in she seemed nice etc but then things changed she smokes and so did I we have are own gardens I was smoking one day and could hear comments being made by her and her kids what that’s smell and making a thing of it. One day o asked her if there was a problem with me smoking in my garden she said no not at all as she smokes etc. but everyday day she or her kids or guests making remarks but never did I make any remark about her ever and I gave up in end as she kept going on soon as I stop she shit up bit she carries on and I have to close doors Because off her.. Then she has an aggressive and dog that constantly barks and I love my garden but can’t enjoy it because it barks at every sound it hears and she does nothing to correct it she Does have people round unless it closed out in garden as it goes mental
and comes across aggressive anyway we don’t have fenced front gardens and this dog was out the front I was taking my daughter to to work leaving our property it comes over barking it head of so you end up standing still till she calls it back she has said it has bitten her once and someone else so I am very stressed about it being out and about it is affecting me mentally and I am a normal happy person now she has made comments about my cooking odours from kitchen I have the ceiling fan and windows open I make healthy meals and all can be heard is ergh what’s that smells never comes to say anything but says it out loud my husband and housing say ignore it as I am doing nothing wrong cooking in my kitchen the dog o reported her to police and environmental health about barking etc and police about controlling the dog and keeping it away from front of houses she then had being making out to be the victim to other neighbours and they all believe her when it’s me who is victim and being bullied and controlling she is so nasty and I don’t know what to do we don’t speak as she just becomes rude and volatile when you speak to her I just want her to move
