Hello I posted last week about a new job and I'm back.
Started this week
Lots of red flags
No set hours between 29-45
I was told at interview min 35 and max 40

I have had no training
I've been told nothing -I don't know if I can give early check ins ,If people can pay for late check in
I don't know if we have housekeeping who can deliver things to rooms etc
I haven't been shown how the systems work
Next week I'm alone on reception
It's only 50 room hotel with 1 member of staff at a time
We don't have breaks
We just eat between guests apparently and take toilet breaks when we can
I don't know my shifts till the Monday for the next week

I'm so stressed I feel like crying

So you're starting this job on Monday, alone with no training, and have been told no breaks? And you don't even know your schedule until Monday?

I'd be bailing and looking for something else, it sounds abysmally organised and illegal (unless your shifts are <6 hours you're legally entitled to a minimum of a 20 minute uninterrupted break).

Are you sure they aren't sending you a work plan? (Email /post /Monday) This doesn't sound good, Is it aprivate own hotel or part of a chain? Are they aware you are concerned , if yes are they trying to help?

You need to check legalities regarding breaks etc it used to be 30mins every four hours ( or similar ) I think

It's a private hotel
They give me my shifts a week in advance
So next Monday I will know following week

I've been told there's only 1 receptionist per shift and you just eat at the desk and go to toilet when quiet

Is that legal ?

No, it isn't. By law you are allowed breaks after a certain number of hours, and you should be able to leave your place of work during that break. Sitting at the reception desk eating a sandwich doesn't count.
