Old injury. Serious pain

Hi all

Looking for advice!

I fell up the stairs about 11 years ago when my eldest was a few weeks old. I refused to go to a and e as i was worried about going with new born and breastfeeding. Yes, this was incredibly stupid.

So it is, I think, my navicular bone. It's now a funny shape compared to my other foot.

Anyway. It got better after about 6 weeks but would hurt on and off over the years.

In the last few years o have fallen over and managed to hurt it again.

It now hurts every morning due to stiffness. But now it just hurts daily.
Especially today. I am In agony. Being flat footed also doesn't help!

Anyway, GP can't see me until next week Friday. I'm not sure AE or Minor injuries would see me as I haven't injured it recently.

Not sure what I am asking really. No OTC medicine helps the pain.

Do you think minor injuries would x ray it?

Also, I went to see a podiatrist about a year ago after seeing a GP. GP just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything or check it.

Podiatrist made me some insoles which have helped pain for my flat feet as it's helped the other foot. But this part of my other foot is just getting worse.

I'm 32 and now wandering if I left it way too late and now have arthritis!
