Vinted account blocked!

I have just sold my first item, and listed my second item.
I’ve gone to get the QR code for sending, and my accounts been blocked by Vinted.
What do I do? I now can’t access the code to send it, and I haven’t listed anything fake. I also can’t message the buyer to explain. Really irritated 🤦🏻‍♀️

What were you selling?

Also if items I’ve ordered to myself don’t show up or have a problem, I assume I now can’t get help for that either.
@Imnotarestaurant Shoes. I took the photos they said were required (inside, soles and inner label).

It is really hard to get Vinted to overturn a blocked account, and if you create a new one they eventually ‘catch up’ to you. You can email them, it’s something like legal@. Hang on let me find it.

Mine did this when I first started using it with out no reason, then the next day said it was a mistake hopefully that's the case with you too.

Do you think another user may have reported you for ‘fake’ goods?

@Imnotarestaurant possibly, I’m not sure what the reason there would be. I’ve now sent my original email confirmation from when I bought the shoes to Vinted. Don’t think I’ll use them again beyond this.

Just an update, that I’m fairly confident Vinted is run by actual ogres.

They’ve asked for photos from all different angles showing the shoes - these were all in the original listing so I’ve sent them again. They’ve also asked for a ransom note style photo with my details written next to the shoes.
Which is fine and I have done, however surely if they were fakes - this would not change things. It would just be my note next to fakes 🤷🏻‍♀️

And now they’re back to ignoring me!

Oh, and they also won’t ‘allow’ my original confirmation email/ invoice as evidence.

Happens all the time sadly. Happened to me on Vinted and I never got my account unblocked. I sold a pair of used converse and even sent them the receipt from Schuh etc and they still wouldn't unblock me so I gave up.
There's a whole FB page dedicated to Vinted nightmares.

Their customer service is shocking.
i still use it , but I make sure I take money out as soon as it is in my account and I don’t spend lots of money on single items.

they wouldn’t allow my book on Celtic knots because of hateful imagery. I still haven’t worked that one out.

Vinted blocked my account recently because of 'suspicious activity'. God knows what they thought I'd done, unless selling last years M&S jeans is now dangerous, it's just about the most exciting thing anyone has ever said about me! However, after an investigation they unblocked me and let me carry on. Sorry , not much help but they may yet unblock you again OP.

OMG this has just happened to me can I please ask what happened? Cause I'm currently going round and round with customer services which say my appeal has been unsuccessful but then the next minute they're still investigating and sorry constantly like if I've done something wrong why you sorry every 20 words?
