Looking for advice please.

We own a food business. A customer managed to dislocate her knee on premises. We still don't know how she did it. We went back over CCTV and she literally stands up and collapses.

Called an ambulance. We looked after her for 4 hours whilst waiting. Was told not to love her but use ice and give ibuprofen. She was in a lot if pain and screaming. We had to close because it was all too much.

Now, she's been treated and as far as I'm aware is getting better. We have sent flowers and a gift voucher.

Now, I'm aware she can decide to do something involving insuramce etc. And put a claim in against us.

But, I'm not sure how it works, if she decides to do that. Especially as no one or thing in the work place caused the accident!

Can anyone advise if and what can happen please.
