I have noticed that my partner always seems to look at women passing when we are out in the car, he glances not stares, he says i am being paranoid, am I?

It is a scientific fact that women are easily distracted by a department store window or a designer handbag or a baby in a buggy. So I guess your partner is just making doubly sure that the pretty lady doesn't step out into the roadway while distracted.

People can window shop.

Of course they do. At anything female and if they have friend(s) in the car they will pass comments. Think Inbetweeners. If you are lucky the thoughts stay in the car not sounding their horn or shouting stuff out.

Lord almighty. What is this life if full of care, we have no time to stop and stare. Or something like that. Who doesn't honestly sneak a peep? As long as they're not acting on it, it's fine. And having inside thoughts as opposed to openly leering.

Imagine what he does when he's alone in the car. Awright dahhhlin, not many of those to the pahhhnd.

I also do this, because I'm nosey, not because I want to shag said woman or man. I just like people watching.

With kindness OP, glancing at another human being is not a cause for concern.

He has eyes, he’s allowed to look.

We all do it.
