Tranexamic acid to stop light bleeding?

I have a stash as I used to have the most awful heavy periods. I had an endo etrial ablation, which has helped, but not stopped my periods altogether. I've had a light period for 10 days and so going away for the weekend tomorrow. Would you take the TA to stop the bleeding?

Anyone have experience of this? I don't suppose it will do any harm.

Yes I'd start taking them, sometimes it doesn't stop it straight away and needs time to kick in but then other times I've needed it for heavier bleeding, it's stopped it the day after taking it x

It'll be fine! If you've got a stash, surely you've taken it before? 🤨

I have taken them before but for horrendously heavy bleeding. This is very very light. I've taken sone this morning. Fingers crossed!
