I keep falling asleep

I've had tinnitus, ear pressure, and blocked ears for 2 months. Dr couldn't find anything wrong. I'm also incredibly tired and am falling asleep during the day.

I'm going through a stressful time at the moment (trying to sell the parental home after bereavement). I came off Sertraline and Zopiclone recently.

Any thoughts much appreciated 😔

Low folate, low b12 or low vitamin D can have you so tired that you become clumsy, drop things and feel insanely tired by lunchtime. The same can occur with thyroid issues. Worth getting a blood test, or using a company called Medichechecks to do a finger prick test by post if it is quicker than seeing your GP.
