I’m potentially considering this as a career.
I have experience in care and I know that there’s a desperate shortage of LDNs but I know that likely also means a shortage of jobs which is a concern.
I’m also considering going into SALT. I really would love to work with people with disabilities in some form.
Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated.
