If you could go anywhere in the UK, where would it be?

Looking for some inspiration for a 3-4 night UK break in February for a big birthday. Somewhere comfortable with a hint of luxury, where we can relax and explore the local area.

Where have you stayed recently and would recommend, please? Open to pretty much anywhere in England or Wales.

St. Andrews - definitely not in February though! 🥶

We rented a huge holiday house in Bath for my 40th which is Feb.

Lulworth Cove in Dorset. It’s beautiful

York - it's lovely up there!

Edinburgh, York, London, Glasgow

I might risk Cornwall if I fancied a stormy visit to Porthleven

I'd choose Penally Abbey Hotel just outside of Tenby - I've not stayed but it's on the list.

I have stayed at Crug Glas, close to St Davids and that is beautiful.

In both locations I'd spend my days walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and eating in local restaurants.

Inverness.

I'd move there permanently if I could.
