Anyone know Bilbao bus station? I have a question.

DC will be arriving at Bilbao bus station at 4am and will need to wait around for a few hours. Is there a safe waiting room that is open at that hour? Or even a nearby hostel that would allow a 4am check in?

It's been a LONG time since I was there, but I don't remember an all-night waiting room. There is a waiting space, but I don't think it's all-night.

Hopefully someone with more recent experience can confirm!

Just updating the thread in case anyone has the same question in future. DC arrived on a bus at 4am with 0% phone battery. He said the station was well lit, with a waiting area, phone charging points, other people around and occasionally staff. So he (told his mum he) felt safe. 🙂
