Been working p/t for a company for 6 years. Done this all along and it fits with my child care.
Last week I was told that we all have to reapply for our jobs, and our hours will be allocated according to company need. I can’t chop and change my childcare every week so this doesn’t work for me.
Can anyone tell me a bit about the legality of this and what my rights are, if any so that I am prepared for the meeting with my manager?
