Really easy bookkeeping software package ??

Hi
I need a very basic bookkeeping package for a sole trader , gardener, only about 40 customers.

Not very computer savvy

Any recommendations ???

I use quickfile and find it good plus its free !

Xero has a lot of accessible training videos on You Tube. And their support is very good. I think it’s an ideal package for a small business.

Xero is the best simple package but not free unfortunately.

We use FreeAgent which is great. It’s free is you have a business account with certain banks

As an accountant - xero in my opinion is the most user friendly experience, their starter package would be useful for you.

However, quickbooks equivalent package is slightly cheaper per month.

i would say, with a business of your current size I’d use spreadsheets for as long as you can, you may as well save the money. Self assessment doesn’t go digital until April 26, and even then it’s for turnover of over 50k.
