How would you wash these sofa covers?

Sorry for the boring thread!

I bought a second hand sofa from Sofa Warehouse. It was advertised as having washable covers. I want to make the most of a couple of sunny days to wash them and peg them outside - but there is no washing label. I don't want to wreck them, thinking of doing a gentle wash. They're sort of canvassy. Any ideas?

I wash my sofa covers on a 30 wash with the lowest spin - never had an issue

I also couldn't find the washing label so just wing it each time Grin

I would do 30C easy care or mixed fabrics with a half dose of colour safe detergent.

Probably a gentle hand wash, but I’d put the covers back on the inners when still damp to help stop the covers shrinking.

I'd do a gentle 30C wash and do as @SeriousFaffing says, put the covers back on when still a bit damp. Harder when they're fully dry.

Thanks for your replies. Should I use normal detergent and conditioner?

I use non bio - no fabric softener as it's flammable

Washed mine yesterday. They dried in a few hours. You might need to iron them.
