Help me pack my suitcase

Going on holiday on Tuesday with a friend, abandoning young adult DDs to their own devices for a change.

Going for a week to Helsinki and Tallinn, so lots of walking around city sightseeing with one day at a beach place. Supposed to be mostly sunny (22 - 23 degrees max) with probably a couple of showery days.

I am rubbish at holiday packing and always seem to take too many/the wrong clothes. I'll take one pair of comfy trainers for walking round which I'll wear on the plane, plus some walking sandals. Sun hat. Rain jacket. Swimsuit. But how many tops, trousers, etc, what to wear in the evenings? I always pack too much.

Anyone out there who's a genius holiday packer who has great advice? My friend who I'm travelling with is one of those annoying people who always looks effortlessly put together while I just look sweaty. I am not a fashionista and tend to dress for comfort. One of the hotels looks quite posh though.

4 tops, 2 trousers (lightweight and easy to roll up to shorten), a skirt, a dress, one cardigan, one light jumper. Make sure you can wear your tops with either your trousers or your skirt. Light floaty scarf for the evening maybe? Raincoat. Sunhat.

If you've got space pack another top or another dress.

Minimal make up.
Suncream.

And Dr Beckmann Magic Leaves Laundry Bio Sheets for hand wash in hotel sink.

Don't forget that whatever you wear to travel there you can also include in addition to your count if you hand wash when you get there!

I loved Talinn, beautiful place!
