Just back from holiday and had quite a rude awakening. Am v overweight, unfit, carrying injuries and health niggles and many of these came to a head whilst away. I also hit the big 5 0 in a few months and am peri. something has to shift. I know what I need to do but like many others I am a list of excuses of why I can't.
So I need a bit of inspiration - podcasts to listen to on a walk, apps to track progress which isn't only about weight loss, that kind of thing. Maybe insta accounts for people my age (not TikTok).
This has to be a holistic thing, not just about lard and has to be positive and uplifting as I'm beating myself up plenty.
I have nutracheck (helpful), am familiar with Zoe (ok but a bit annoying, have done the programme already) and Ferne Cotton (ok sometimes but a bit wishy washy). Am particularly interested in something I could set myself weekly 'wellness goals' or similar
Anyone suggest anything I could try?
