Theory test - recent

Hi, I'm learning to drive and have my theory test booked for next month, I have an DVSA approved app and I've done 6 hours if revising for it already and I've still got 30 days. Has anyone done it recently? Did you pass? Is it hard? I'm getting 98% and 100% on my mock tests, it's the hazard perception I'm worried about, it's quite a small window to spot things in in some of the practice videos

Ds did it earlier this year. Failed the first two but didnt use a DVSA approved app. He paid £5 that was approved and on the next one.

I have been driving for 20 years and it took me several goes on a mock one to pass the hazard perception. I was clicking too early.

DS passed the hazard perception each time but failed the questions part.

Best of luck with it!

My DS failed it twice. Had used some free Apps - got him the approved one (think it was £5 or £10). He passed it then.

Get the Theory 4 in 1 app - it is most expensive (around £10 if I remember correctly) but by far the best. They guarantee a pass so if you fail they give you your money back.

DD used it intensively for the 3 days before her test and passed with flying colours. As long as you complete every section, along with the mock tests then you will be absolutely fine.

DS (passed last week, 3rd attempt) had no issues with the hazard perception on any of his three tests but really struggled with the first part, I'm not sure which app he was using but his instructor did say the test is harder than most of the apps and that you needed to be getting very close to 100% consistently on the apps. He did WAY more than 6 hours of revision.

Google the 3 click rule! DD really struggled with hazard perception at the start until her instructor told her about this

Just asked him and it was the Theory 4 in 1 app.

That's the one I've got, it's really good

I was also going to suggest this. My DD's instructor told her all about this and she did it during her test and passed her theory first time.
