What is this building in london

the olive and turquoise one with the arches.
It’s in a poster of London landmarks and I can’t work it out

At first glance I thought it was the Tardis. On closer inspection I'd say the Old Bailey. It looks like lady justice on the top.

Is it tower bridge?

Looks a bit like the front part of Kensington palace
