So we are back in court because my ex husband was not following the court order. He applied for a Child Arrangements Order while he was living with me just to extend his stay in the UK and not because he wants to see the children or wants a genuine relationship with them. I informed the court about this. He is a narcissist. He is supposed to see the children every fortnight for 3 months at a contact centre from the last hearing July 2023. He did not see his children at all from August 2023 and January 2024 and his excuse is that there were problems in booking sessions and that they were full from August to January. Do you think the judge will believe him?
