Fabulous closing ceremony, Paris has a very tough act to follow!

Ooh! That was excellent 👏 👏👏
So worthwhile camping overnight to get a good seat.
There was such a variety of entertainment! 'Octopus' must have raised the roof and especially when everyone cheered!
Great to see the legends Gary Danilow and Luciano performing along with the new acts.
Norman the Foreman extinguished the Olympic Flame with such aplomb.

Loved the closing ceremony, definitely worth camping overnight. My favourites were the band Octopus at the end. Looking forward to the Playmo paralmpics already! Thank you so much.

Im flat on my back, bed bound with a slipped disc so it’s been great entertainment.

Thank you all! But don't expect too much from the Paralympics - it will be quite a small set-up, as I have far fewer sets I can use!

I remember the fab sets you made for the Winter / Christmas one you did a few years ago (which was one of my favourites) , this PlaymOlympics was definitely up there with that ..

Have loved the Playmo Olympics, feel really sad the real thing is over as been binge watching it all day every day as been off work - will miss the playmo threads too

What will they be getting up to after the playmo paralympics?

I have been sending screenshots to DH at work and he's absolutely loved the Playmobil Olympics, as have I. Thanks Op. Highlight was the gymnastics parallel bars and beam work and the diving.

DH has asked if you can do a Playmobil parkrun, given it's coming up to the 20th anniversary of its conception? Should be fairly easy!

Thank you all! I'm not sure what will be next after the Paralympics. I could definitely do a park scene, not sure if I'd have enough runners though...

I have done several Christmas/Winter themes. The most recent was a winter holiday this February, but I've also done a couple of "Advent calendars" with proper scenes and another couple just with more simple pictures.

I have some vague plans for next summer though.

Wonderful finale to a great PlaymOlympics 2024, @SoMuchToBits thank you for your fantastic creativity and for keeping it going through the weeks, a feat of endurance!

Loved Kitty's hair, the ballet dancers and PM Norman putting out the flame with a fire extinguisher. It's all so heartwarming and I'd happily move to PlaymoTown tomorrow, I bet it's a fab place to live, with a great community spirit.

Time for you to put your feet up and enjoy a rest, you deserve it x
