Lots of glitter and glamour. Not sure how you'd do it but a formation display with the gymnasts waving those ribbons that make beautiful shapes.

And Heather Small singing "what have you done today to make you feel proud"

Not sure we have the ribbons... but there will be lots of singers! But no Heathers. Well, not in the arena.

And I think many of the Playmo competitors will feel proud. What amazing achievements for them all!

Phew! I went to the banks of the Seine to get ready for the closing ceremony but then realised it was in here! Am ready with my cuppa and biscuits 😀

I'm going to miss both the Olympics and playmo Olympics

Been off work so been able to watch them for most of the day sadly back at work for the Paralympics so can't binge them

What playmo excitement can we expect after the Paralympics?

I'm still at the planning stage for the Paralympics... anything might happen!

I think the Paralympic opening ceremony will be so much better than whatever Paris does. Let’s have Norman waving a flag!

It's time for the closing ceremony and rock group Lightning are opening the proceedings.

Some rousing songs there from Stefani, Joss, Axel and Suzi.

A change of mood now as singer Luciano takes the stage.

Queen Edith and Princess Juliet are huge fans of his!

Next on stage are favourite jazz band the Funky Boys.

Lew on tuba, Harrie on saxophone, Mejedi on trumpet and Jonny on drums.

They acknowledge the applause!

Next we have some beautiful ballet dancers.

Selina, Bettina, Nadia and Aurélie are very graceful.
