Urgent advice travel insurance or UK global health insurance card

Currently in palma hospital a&e trip from airport

To claim money back will it be best to claim on the travel insurance or the card that implies it should be covered?

The card qualifies you to the same healthcare the locals get. They don't have the NHS in Spain so most things need to be paid for. You claim that on insurance (having cleared it with the insurance people that they will cover it before accepting the treatment).
