His parents buy him everything he wants...

What can we buy him for under £20 ???

Gaming voucher

Cash or voucher. Not imaginative but will probably be appreciated. If you have no idea what to buy, it's not very likely whatever you get will be appreciated.

Yep. Thought this. [sigh]

Food voucher or cinema
Sorry not very helpful

MadameMassiveSalad · 10/08/2024 15:11

Ugh why is it so hard?!

If he has everything he needs, I'd go with food (or bathroom stuff - lynx bath sets etc).
Neither is exciting. Both have a reasonable chance of getting used.

I'd be very careful with gaming vouchers unless you know what he plays / what system. X-box vouchers, for example, are useless in this house.

I'm getting my DS an ear camera for his 14th in a couple of weeks. He knows he is getting it and can't wait. Your recipient might not be so weird though.

I think cash will be best received.

I bought this sticker from Etsy, a glass jar from Dunelm and filled it with sweets, then gifted it with a gaming voucher.
The gift was really well received.

You can get a voucher at morrisons and other shops that's especially for teenagers. Couple of shops on there, cinema and a resturant. Nandos always a good voucher.

Find out where he eats with his mares and then get a voucher from there. I'd be really happy with that! Most 14 year olds don't have much disposable cash.
