Toast in air fryer?

Does anyone do this? My toaster has just died and i had ordered a ninja air fryer anyway so wondering if i can just not get a replacement toaster as I don’t have much space. Thanks!

My MIL does this and says it works

That's an expensive way to make toast!

TheSandgroper · 10/08/2024 10:02

You could just use your grill in your oven, surely?

Toddlerteaplease · 10/08/2024 10:02

Yes. It works! I do it.

Too much hassle to get the toaster out of the cupboard. (Not enough space for it)

Sgtmajormummy · 10/08/2024 10:06

There’s a special accessory that holds the bread slices apart so they toast evenly. Probably just as expensive as a normal toaster.

BrightSkyPurple · 10/08/2024 10:31

@Toddlerteaplease is the toast as good as a toaster? Do you need to flip half way?

It's ok. It's not quite as good. But still perfectly edible. I don't always flip it. But it doesn't brown if you don't.
