Anytime Delivery Saver - Tesco

I've just signed up the anytime delivery saver on tesco and just wondering if anyone can help with some information about this please?

I've selected my slot which they all show as £0 and put all my groceries in the order. However, when I place the order it is still charging me for the pick, pack & deliver even with my basket amount being £50 or over.

I'm under the impression that if you pay the monthly saver your not charged for the delivery??

I'm new to online shopping so would appreciate any help

I think you still have to pay for the "picker".

If you have the anytime delivery saver and your basket is over £50 then there shouldn't be any additional charge.

Have you got to the end of the order and checked out - I can't remember at what point the pick/pack charge is deducted once your basket is over £50.

Has it timed out? Maybe try changing the slot and then move it back. It shouldn't be charging you anything I don't think. Check you're still signed in too.

My receipts look like this, so it is removed from the final total.

Have you fully checked out? If so, then I would contact them as there is possibly a problem.

@maemillel this happened to me. If you've only just bought it then it takes a little while to update the basket part even though the slots say £0.

Also - Customer Service is usually really good with Tesco Delivery so give them a call if you can't sort it out.

Thank you everyone for your support.

I think it's taken it off now there must of been a delay. I was panicking it was charging me twice
