I don’t know what is a widely regarded ‘safe’ amount of time. We bought frozen pizzas along with the shop earlier, the supermarket was 30 minutes away, we got stuck in traffic adding another 30 minutes on and then I totally forgot about the shopping in the car for about 45 minutes, so out for nearly 2hrs in total. It still felt cold when I put them in the freezer but not fully frozen.
