Donated pint 22 of blood tonight. They are desperate for blood at the moment, so please consider giving if you can. I know the appointment system isn't great, but once you've done one, it's a lot easier to access them regularly.

I tried. Only appointment I could get was a Monday at the end of November and it's at school pick up time, so no good for me. Hopefully some more are released soon.

It's definitely not like it used to be where you could pretty much rock up and give blood without too much thought.

I've given loads but with adhd planning ahead is quite stressful. Plus lots of paperwork and drinking a pint of squash whilst waiting is a challenge!
