Need inspiration. 10 year old but doesn’t like the baby films now hes too grown up. Loves more scary films (for age) eg goosebumps, monster house etc. any ideas?

Assuming he's seen Harry Potter? Mine are obsessed!

We watched Men in Black recently- was a hit. He loved Forest Gump as well as Home Alone.

Where the wild things are
Hugo
Any studio Ghibli movie, especially Totoro, Spirited Away, Howls moving castle.
Coach Carter (if sporty, slightly risque sub plot though so check you're ok with that)
To kill a mockingbird
Stand By Me

These are my top suggestions. Following for more ideas!

Go classic with The Amazing Mr Blunden.

Cool Runnings
Dumb and Dumber
Groundhog Day
Evan Almightly
Robin Hood Prince of Theives

All old ones and not scary but all ones my 10 year old has really enjoyed.

DD is nearly 10. Currently working our way through the Inidiana Jones films & the Back to the Future trilogy.
Other good ones recently:
Dungeons & Dragons
Harry Potter
Jurassic Park/World
Enola Holmes
The Goonies
Labyrinth
The Princess Bride
Avatar

Spirit, Stallion of the Cimarron.

Cartoon, but by gum it's a good one, and the best animated horses I've ever seen. Thought-provoking human back story too.
