I ordered a handful of items, they were dispatched in four parcels (delivery by Evri...boo) - two items didn't arrive.
I called M&S, I emailed M&S - so far, no response AT ALL (on the phone they said they'd need to contact Evri as the delivery company). The items aren't hugely expensive (about £30 in total) - but still I don't want to pay for things I don't have.
I also ordered some white bridesmaids kids' shoes - arrived scuffed.
Terracotta linen shirt - arrived grubby.
I tried to return the items above, selected for Evri to pick up the parcel from my home address - Evri didn't arrive, and it's now passed the returns window, so I can't arrange another return.
Is it me, or has ordering from M&S become so hit and miss that they should be avoided?
And what should I do about the two missing items, and the two items I can't return as Evri didn't come to pick up the returns parcel?
