Mauritius in October

Hoping to book a holiday during the latter part of October to Mauritius. For anyone that has been in October was the weather good please? I can see the online average temperatures and rainfalls but wondered how accurate they are! Thank you.

The hottest time to go is December/ January time and rainfalls typically more Feb/March time. October is a lovely time to go it's getting hot but not super hot. However if you want to enjoy the fruits of Mauritius these usually come into season in December.

I’ve been then. It was pretty ok weather. Mostly hot and sunny, rained most days, usually just for a short while. One or two days a wash out in about 10.

I'd like to add it quite envious as I'm desperate to go!
