I started a CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice with ICS Learn very recently. I completed my online induction. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed starting my first module. Although the support from ICS Learn has been good, I haven't studied anything online before. So, feeling a bit scared reading the assessment brief. I keep thinking will I be able to successfully complete this course.. It is different to a classroom based learning where you have hard copy notes from the teacher and you also have a teacher physically there to ask questions.
So any tips from people who successfully completed online courses?
