Blue light app

Hi everyone,

I just got access to the Blue Light app, and I’m having a bit of trouble. The app is showing me offers, but I can’t seem to find the promo codes anywhere. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get the promo codes for the offers? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you requesting a vault code if doing online?

Are you sure that you are actually logged in?

Some places like for example Halfords, you get a link to a voucher and show that code in store, other places you just have to show your card like Mountain Warehouse, others you can buy pre-paid cards and the discount comes off that such as Argos. It used to be a simple show card or show voucher code, now it's a bit of hoop jumping. Not overly great anymore I'm my opinion.

The app has crashed since teachers became eligible and all tried to sign up 🤣.

Wait a day or so and it will be back to normal.
