Thanks for sharing this, just looked at the website and it's a 2 hour wait 😲 , will keep checking, thanks

horumforaforum · 09/08/2024 08:17

Oh thanks! Is that a very new thing. Will try and sign up today.

Blue light teachers makes me think PRU.

SprinkleOfSunak · 09/08/2024 08:23

Thank you for reminding me about this. I saw yesterday that we could now get one of these, and that the website had crashed.

It‘s about time we are entitled to get something like this. I belong to the Teacher discount website which is better than nothing, but it’s kind of 10% of here and there, so I’m hoping the Blue Light Card will offer more substantial discounts.

Does anyone know if this includes FE lecturers?

BillieJ · 14/08/2024 17:14

I know it's only £4.99 for two years, but what would I use it for? Mostly shop online.

Kneeslikethese · 14/08/2024 17:19

BillyJ - we use it mostly for asda, connect it to their loyalty thing and it really mounts up. Also meals out, a lot of restaurants accept it.
