Hi I think we’ve made a mistake by joining sky broadband it all started off well then two weeks later had an outage so no wifi or landline which we use for emergency’s .
My daughter can’t connect to sky wifi atall while my husband and I can

Does anyone else have problems ?

I don't, I've been with them for 8 years. I guess any company can have issues, but it's what they're doing to fix it that would make me decide whether to stay or not.

How long has it been off for?
We have had it a few years now and only had one outage a few weeks ago it was pretty widespread and the whole area was out for the whole evening but was on the next day when we woke up.
with the best will in the world these things happen we have had the odd outage whoever we have been with.

Thankyou for your replies the land line hasn’t been working for a week now
while my husband and I can connect to the wifi on our phones my daughter can’t it keeps glitching out .
We’ve spoken to sky a few times and there’s not much that they can do it’s being looked into to
They say outage but there are people in my area that don’t have a problem
