Low cost little gifts

For someone who loves little cute bits, including crystal stuff. I'm clueless. She's very girly, mid 20s. Any help pretty please? She's a great gift giver and would be so appreciative but I am not a great gift giver!

I love "local" gifts so things like jewelry or craft( scarves etc) honey , chutney etc
Not super expensive but a nice gift
